Regarding the signing of a contract with the Public Authority for Industry

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter IV of Book Ten (Disclosure and Transparency) of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Markets Authority Law relating to the disclosure of material information and the mechanism for its disclosure, we attach the material information disclosure form regarding the signing of a contract by Specialities Group Holding Company with the General Authority for Industry to allocate a plot in a multi-purpose service area within the Future Zone (formerly the Free Zone)
