The Following Departments are responsible for the company major activities:

Real Estate Management
This department carries out the company Investment in real estate with a short or medium term investment, most of the time in real estate assets with high liquidity percentage due to its distinctive position and strong demand or assets with fixed return, expected to rise in price, in short periods due to distinctive position. Most of the time, these are in Kuwait or in the Gulf Area.

Project Management
The Project Management department offer projects with new styles of untraditional nature, whether the development of the real estate Investment are commercial or industrial investment projects or entertainment projects having new concept or ideas.

It is known that such investments are usually a long-term investment with variable returns.

Investment Management
This Department over looks the company’s participation and investments and contributions in the real estate funds as well as establishing and managing real estate investment funds having various objectives.

The dept. considers being one of the most important tools available to monitor the Development in the real estate market.

Legal & Legislative Consultation Management
This unit are specialized to look into contracts preparation & follow up the execution and to verify that it is compatible with legal texts in force. Also follow-up company’s legal cases in court (if any). In addition, the unit study the legality of contracts and operations to be carried out by the company as per provisions of Islamic Sharia.

Support Service Management
Assist other department to insure successful operation and gives all necessary support needed in the area of Finance, human resources, public relation and information technology.
