- Commercial Studies College (waterproofing membrane for basement & roofs) in 2007 with Arab Contractors Co.
- Bronchitis Hospital (Roof Waterproofing – EPDM) in 2007 with Hayat Co.
The Avenues
The biggest of all the Company’s projects is The Avenues that was opened in early 2007. It is a massive 425.000 sq m project of the Company in association with Mabanee Co., one of Kuwait’s premier real estate developers. It costs about US $ 2 bn (the Company’s contract price is US $ 165.000.000 for basement waterproofing works) and consists of 216 stores including Kuwait’s first Carrefour hypermarket, the region’s largest IKEA store, Cinescape (a 10-screen cinema complex) and 39 restaurants and cafees. 60.000 sq m more of leisure and retail space will be added in 2008 and the whole project is scheduled to be completed in 2010.

The Company is very proud to get the best price of KD 64.377.000 presented to Kuwait Ports Authority to implement both Shuwaikh Port in 2007 and Shuaiba Port in 2008. It participated in these two great projects as a joint venture with one of the world’s leading crane suppliers: Liebher Container Cranes Ltd. (Ireland).
